BILL HENWOOD
President and CEO
Bill Henwood, President and CEO is a Registered Pharmacist with a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Bill has over 40 years of healthcare experience managing and directing businesses such as Mobile Imaging, Commercial Laundry, Telecommunications, Home Infusion and Long-Term Care Pharmacies, Durable Medical Equipment, Consulting, Physician in-office Laboratory Service, Hospital and Clinic Management and Supply Chain Logistics.
His knowledge of joint ventures, networking and retail expertise results in growth both regionally and globally.
Bill is a graduate of Duquesne University where he obtained his Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree.
JASON EASTER
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Jason Easter, brings over 18 years of experience in the Sales and Procurement industries dealing both Internationally and Domestic. He has been active in the community as a Board Member with the MLK Center of Erie, Eastside Renaissance, and Technology Recycling & Educational Workforce as well as Founder/ Chair of Visions and Reflections, Inc. and J.L. Easter Group.
A native of Erie and a graduate of Cathedral Prep High School, Mr. Easter spent his life as an Erie resident but also as a true “Road Warrior” throughout the United States and internationally. Jason attended college at Gannon University, where he excelled as a student-athlete for the Golden Knights Football program.
With his previous experience and expertise, Jason brings to his current role the skills and knowledge to continue to excel in relationships and meet the service needs that are dedicated to supporting the organization within and outside for continued growth.
PAUL MURPHY
Executive Vice President of Business Development
Paul Murphy is a results-driven sales leader with more than 30 years of experience in medical products, services, and market expansion. As the Executive VP of Business Development at PharmXgen, he specializes in developing business strategies and overseeing the global distribution of medical products across the United States, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
Paul brings deep industry expertise, including a decade with DePuy, a Johnson & Johnson company, and a strong understanding of medical device and equipment manufacturing. He excels in navigating complex B2B environments, using consultative sales strategies to build trust and streamline decision-making across procurement, HR, and legal stakeholders.
In addition, Paul has co-developed multiple startups and SaaS platforms, successfully bringing innovative solutions to market while building high-performing sales and distribution networks. He holds a BA degree from Villanova University.
PAULA M. HALL
General Manager of Global Operations
Paula M. Hall is a distinguished healthcare management consultant/advisor with extensive expertise in navigating the complex regulatory and operational landscapes of the Middle East, specifically the Gulf Cooperative Council (GCC), currently.
With a career defined by high-impact strategic advisory, she specializes in bridging the gap between clinical necessity and business efficiency.
Core Areas of Expertise
- Market Entry & Facility Setup: Paula has been instrumental in developing feasibility studies and business plans for multiple healthcare facilities, in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council).
- Regulatory Compliance: She possesses deep knowledge of the UAE health data standards (Nabidh, Malaffi) and licensing requirements from the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) and the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), along with the Abu Dhabu Department of Health (DOH)
- Revenue Cycle Management and Optimization (RCM and RCO): Paula is a specialist in integrating third-party software with hospital systems (Epic, Cerner) to enhance clinical documentation integrity and reduce insurance claim denials.
